File download/upload issues fixed
« on: February 06, 2021, 03:51:42 PM »

Everything should be functioning normally again. If you're still having any issues, try a hard refresh and let us know via the forums or Discord if something doesn't work.

Thanks for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience!

I am still not able to download and view certain files.

Files I have tried:

Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire - Battle! (Brendan/May)
Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire - Battle! (Trainer Battle).

These both result in a 0 KB midi file being downloaded that cannot be opened.

Clicking on the PDF button for these files differ.
The Brendan/May PDF says "Failed to load PDF document."
The Trainer Battle PDF loads correctly.

However, I downloaded a MIDI from Pokemon Diamond/Pearl and that worked fine.

I don't believe the problem is entirely fixed yet. Either that, or there is something wrong with these specific files.

Hmm, that sounds like a browser caching problem. I am able to download all the files you mentioned without any issues. Have you tried either clearing your cache (or in the case of PDFs which open in the browser, you can open the link and press Ctrl+F5 on the page that appears)? Some browsers have been known to cache pages for longer than they should which can lead to issues.

Yep, that was the problem. Thanks!
