Rests and ties look fine! There's just one tiny thing I notices, there's a vertical line in m26: is that an unfinished hook or just something to be deleted?

Thank you for catching that, it's something to be deleted. The custom line tool attached itself to the left hand part, so when I copied the double-dotted half note over to the next bar, a sliver of the hook was duplicated in the process. It's gone now.
