Can't figure out how to add a submission

I don't see the option. Also I want to post for a game that hasn't had any arrangements yet, Octopath Traveler 2 and don't see how I can add a game. Please someone help!

Go to the "NSM Panel" link in the navbar on this forum and Submit a New Sheet. Make sure to check off the "Can't find the game you're after?" checkbox so you can enter your game in!
