What's the difference between a plain and shiny pokemon?

Shiny pokemon are a different color, and have perfect IVs. if you dont know what IVs are, then you should probably go to serebii.net and find out.

^No, shiny Pokémon can have whatever IVs the game give them, not necessarily perfect ones.
