No they don't want you to pay money. I downloaded them myself without paying money. Just press the free button.You will find it.

Are they all the full songs? The last one that I downloaded, some of them weren't all there, and quite a bit of them had clips, cutting off at some random time. It stank.

I downloaded them myself and I think they were OK. I didn't recognize a mistake.
