Adobe reader doesn't accept .mus files

I came to this website for some sheet and whenever I tried to open the files with Adobe 9.1 it says this;



Is there any way to convert the files to .pdf or what program can I use to open .mus files?

Adobe cannot open .mus files. You need a program called 'Finale Reader' to be able to view it
