Electabuzz with ice punch.
You see, we're entertainers. We must keep people smiling. No matter how grim things get, we must always be optimistic!

Bibarel might be able to sweep in PU/NU but there are better options.

Thanks. For a moment there I was worried, though. I almost needed to blow you.

And when he learns Curse, it can dominate the shit out of everybody.
And Bibarel is just boss.

My Online Team's Bibarel:
Nature: Bold(not the best nature but works.
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
Moveset:
Curse
Waterfall
Quick Attack
Strength

Once you've seen my beaver you've seen them all.
...
Wait what? :P

I think she said HG or SS, one of the two.

Soulsilver indeed! Here's my plans for it: Adamant Nature - Leftovers - - Serene Grace - EV Spread (due to Smogon's help...) 144 HP 252 Atk 36 Def 76 Spd

Moveset shall be Body Slam, Rock Slide, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake

I think that should work.

Seems a good choice, for a dunsparce  :D But wouldnt it be hard to EV train a pokemon on a solo run?

Nebbles

Mmm, a little, but there's the option of staying in one spot and just beating up Pokemon that give out those EVs. Which I can do with ease.

Specific EV Training is a bit unnecessary for the main game.

It would seem that you'll have a bit of difficulty getting your ideal moveset.
The only way it learns Body Slam is by 3rd gen Move Tutor. Rock slide as an egg move or TM from the Pewter City Gym. Zen Headbutt from the Battle Frontier Move Tutors.

Yeah...sadly hes right. The only other moevs I can think of that wont completely suck are pursuit, take down, or ancient power from leveling up. Apparently Dunsparce can learn blizzard, flamethrower, and water pulse through tms, so you could try that if you're willing to find all of them
