Notepad -© and quarter note-?

Hey, since i try to fulfill the Formatting Guidelines (xD) I see, I can't insert © for the copyright or the quarter note for the tempo in notepad.
Is it becuz its finale 08? Or how do you guys do it?
Also i can't even find the quarter note sign

for the ©, just paste the symbol into the text box. copy it from this page, even.

Oh no, nevermind im dumb i can, then still i cant find the quarter note sign for the tempo...

Use the text tool
In the menu select text, click on 'font'
change the font to maestro.
then 'text ->inserts->symbol->[symbol]

Change back to times new roman when you are done

I looked and googled and tried to copy but i really couldnt figure it out, im sorry.
But since everybody knows how to make that symbol i think someone can take a screenie maybe :$ pleease
