Need help? Don't worry, we're here for you.

#1 Don't post incomplete teams
#2 You should have at least three sentences of information about each Pokemon
#3 Use a readable format (PO or PS importable are good) and layout (no annoying fonts, colors etc)
#4 Make sure your team is competitive (no troll teams etc), also make sure to have tested it before making an rmt.

Tier: OU
Battle Examples:

Masturbating (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Spd
Calm Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Volt Switch
- Snatch

- Used to cripple opponent's team and as a false lead
- Used to take a Will-O-Wisp when needed
- Doesn't stay around for long, usually Volt Switches out after using Will-O-Wisp
- Takes Ice moves like a bawss

All-You-Can-Eat (Wobbuffet) @ Leftovers
Trait: Shadow Tag
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Spd
Careful Nature
- Counter
- Destiny Bond
- Encore
- Mirror Coat

- Basic Wobbuffet set
- Used to Encore the opponent to something like Stealth Rocks, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp etc and then switch in Garchomp to set up Swords Dance
- Works with Breloom(and Gliscor if the opponent is locked into Toxic) too
- Lead, pretty much counters any standard lead Pokemon(except Taunt users and Espeon)

Father-In-Law (Garchomp) (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang

- The powerhouse of the team: after one Swords Dance Garchomp's Attack reaches massive 718 and its Speed of 333 outspeeds almost everything in the tier if they're not holding a Scarf
- Swords Dance isn't necessary, Garchomp's massive base Attack can wreck almost anything that comes against it
- Outrage is a game over to almost anything that doesn't resist it, as well as Eq. Fire Fang is used to take care of annoying Steel types

Shadoninja (Breloom) @ Life Orb
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Spore
- Focus Punch
- Mach Punch
- Bullet Seed

- Spore + Life Orb boosted Focus Punch OHKOes almost anything that doesn't resist it, and if they do, Mach Punch is in a close range of killing anything that survived from the Focus Punch
- Technician and Life Orb boosted STAB Bullet Seed wrecks rain teams and Substitute sets
- Although Breloom is slow, it can work as an effective revenge killer with Mach Punch
- He's single, ladies!

Call WADA! (Gliscor) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 180 Def / 252 HP / 76 Spd
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Protect
- Toxic
- Substitute

- Imo the best and the most annoying stall set there is
- Poison Heal grants 12.5 HP at the end of each turn, meaning Substitute and Protect rank up some serious Toxic damage
- Physical wall, takes an Ice Punch like it was a Tackle from a Weedle

Bull Life (Terrakion) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor
- Earthquake

- Outspeeds pretty much everything (:3) making Terrakion the team's revenge killer
- Good move coverage and powerful STABs
- Badass

This is like the "General Competitive Battling" topic I suggested? Very interesting.
And the moral of the story: Quit while you're a head.

I have something like 16 lv 100s I can make a team with... Before a battle I just basically say, "Ok, who do I like today?".
I might list my most usual lineup later when I can actually check.
"Today's goal strongly involves not dying. Because nobody likes to wake up dead."

So this is one-part Rate My Team(RMT) right? You should post similar rules.

I have never heard you say that, but yeah, I guess so.

Yeah, pretty much.

Guys no comments considering about my team? :(

Jub3r7

Your team is decent and is most definitely very team like. For some reason, it reminds me of Pokemon.
Your rotom is a bad habit, make sure not to do it excessively.
It's dangerous to go alone, take me with you! [JUB has joined the party.]

Can someone please come up with some nicknames for my Pokemon?

Roz~

Gliscor: Can you be a bit specific about your EV spread? What can you outspeed with 72 evs? I'm guessing you just copied that set of off Smogon.

Rattata: Instead of just slapping a 'mon as fodder, I suggest that you actually use a 'mon that can help your team synergy. Everyone knows how FEAR works so I'm not sure it's worth it.

Cofagrigus: Sash really isn't a good item for Cofagrigus. Stuff like Leftovers/Sitrus Berry are much better option. It's a tank, so no one will OHKO it. Unless you let your opponent set up in your face but that's another story.

Darmanitan: Zen mode Darmanitan sucks. I've seen a lot of people using it, and it's not worth it. You have to be below 50% hp in order to use it... so it's not worth it. Unless you use a really weird Endure set with Custap Berry. You should go for either Banded/Scarfed/Expert Belt.

Rotom: Why use manual rain when your team doesn't even benefit from it? If you want to use Rain you should just make a rain team with Drizzletoed. Also, if you're worried about losing HP, you should run Pain Split. Shadow ball is a really bad coverage move for Rotom. Chandelure? Water move. Jellicent? Electric move. I guess Discharge is there for paralyzing 'mons, but you already have WoW + Toxic Spikes, so I don't think you need it. I also suggest running Hidden Power Fire/Ice/Grass on your Rotom, depending on what you need. Also I always nickname my Rotom Maytag.

I'm not an expert on the OU metagame since I haven't played OU in a long time, but from what I've seen you should really work on those 'mons.

Thanks. For a moment there I was worried, though. I almost needed to blow you.
