Mario Party music! Help xD

So there's this Austrian TV show...
For the intro they use a theme that is really familiar to me, I just know that it's from Mario Party (or am I wrong?). Could somebody help me?
(also I find it really poor that they use a theme by Nintendo...)

the first time I heard it I was completely shocked that they use a melody of Super Mario...
Hmmmmm....... you don't think it's mario party? What could it be?
