Mario Party music! Help xD

So there's this Austrian TV show...
For the intro they use a theme that is really familiar to me, I just know that it's from Mario Party (or am I wrong?). Could somebody help me? :D
(also I find it really poor that they use a theme by Nintendo...)

I had that "Song Recognition" thread for stuff like this. Like I said there, it's not for me only. I'll put it there as well for you as well as all the details. (I am in no way implying you should remove it from here)

the first time I heard it I was completely shocked that they use a melody of Super Mario...
Hmmmmm....... you don't think it's mario party? What could it be? :D
