Who composed this?

I can't find any site that lists the composer, and the game credits don't even include the instrumental songs.

Oh wow, she visited our school many years ago, to celebrate the opening of the new music building, I think. Crazy how names you know suddenly pop out at you at times, huh?

Thank you very much! I found that out on Wikipedia, but the way they wrote it made it seem like she only did the songs with vocals.
