Specifically, it can help to include a Youtube link to the requested song(s) so that potential arrangers won't have to go to the trouble of find it/them themselves- plus, the requester knows what he/she wants, so it will eliminate any possible communication confusion (if the potential arrangers were to search for the songs themselves, there's a possibility they might not be able to find it, might not get the correct song, etc.).
