Happy 2025! I will try to put out more sheets this year than I did last year, but we'll see how the year pans out. There are a lot of things for me to do, and I'm sure things will go differently than expected. In the meantime, enjoy my first new sheet of the year!

Ah, I remember the times I'd post a new sheet every Sunday...

Well on the second Sunday of the year I have a new one for you! This marks the very first piano sheet I've made entirely using MuseScore. As the site makes the move over to MuseScore, it's time for me as well to start writing sheets using it, if for nothing else other than to experience what other users are using so I can better assist. I'll still be posting other sheets made using Finale as I finish up some older arrangements, but I'll probably move over to trying to rely on MuseScore more. Many thanks to XiaoMigros for helping me out; this looks remarkably similar to what my other sheets look like with relatively minimal effort.

For today's piece, I chose something that was basically trivial to engrave just to make sure I can get the hang of the basics. Enjoy this tribute to Erik Satie's Gymnopédie!

Happy February all! Today I bring you another sheet written in MuseScore as I quickly become more comfortable with it. Making the jump from Finale wasn't as bad as I expected, and I at this point I'm more than happy to do my primary arranging in MuseScore from now on.

Anyway, please enjoy this classic tune that we don't have on site yet (I'll submit this shortly).
