You're certainly improving. That said, the arrangement could still use some work:
Formatting:
- You'll need to get rid of the "Pno." markings on the left; if you don't have anything beyond notepad, that's fine; just post it in your personal arrangement thread and ask someone to do that for you, we'll be happy to!
- Last measure; your "rit" and crescendo are clashing
- Measure numbers
Arranging:
- This is kind of a formatting issue, but in the last two measures, you don't need the "pp" markings under the staff (which implies only the LH having that dynamic, and the RH having a different one). And, you might consider having decrescendo markings from the piano marking at m. 23 to the final ppp.
- Also a bit of formatting;
get rid of the chord symbols
they're unnecessary

I find arranging natively in Finale rather than fixing up an XML import tends to make things cleaner in general.

So would you reccomend putting the rit. below or above the staff? And I know the chords symbols are unneccesary, so I'll get rid of them. I was just trying to jazz things up (i'm not sorry for that one).

Put rit. above the staff. Also, the url needs to be exactly as it appears in the guidelines, with the capital letters.

I think I have everything fixed besides the "Pno." and "Piano" symbols, but I don't know how to fix it, so if someone could do that for me, that would be great.

- fixed a note at M. 14; the G sharp should've been an A
- Changed the voicings to make it more accurate and keep it playable

Second+ page(s), mini-titles should be Times New Roman, Size 12, Centre Aligned. At the top of the page.

If this is already done, don't worry about that^

The mini titles of the page should just say "Wet Hands" with the quotations added in.
You could resize the page to make it all fit on one page, i'm assuming, I don't have the full version of Finale. so I don't know the limitations of resizing.

Listening to the piece, that doesn't sound like a ritardando in m. 14 at all, but about two beats of rest.

Then make the arrangement into 6 systems: 4 measure per system, except the last one which is a 6 measure system. After that move the systems a bit closer to each other and it should fit on 1 page.

You do it by using the page layout tool.

to resize pages:
1) select the page layout tool
2) Click on the window "page layout"
3) Click on resize pages (page reduction)...
4) resize page to 88-90%

to change margins:
1) Select the page layout tool
2) Right-click on one of the boxes that appear when you select the tool
3) Click on edit margins
4) Change the values of right left and top to: right: 0.59, top:0.43, left:0.43. Select apply for all pages(doesn't matter in this case but it's a good habit if your doing this for an arrangement with many pages).
