Make sure your notation reflects how you want your piece executed. I'm assuming in the pick-up, you meant for the RH should play the glissando up to the treble, but based on the notation, it says otherwise. This is because you have the rest in the treble shown (as opposed to hidden) which denotes the RH is completely inactive, thus the only remaining interpretation is for the LH to play the glissando.

Also, I noticed you use rests in the treble, whereas with the the bass, you do not. Is this intentional? I don't hear a distinction in the OST. Even if there were, it's likely just due to the acoustics of the instruments, and it wouldn't add much to the arrangement besides notational inconsistency.
