The pokemon battle and wi-fi waiting room are both like that.  It does that because the person who did the recording started it before the specified section.

You could always edit it out with a mp3 software, which I'm going to.

Lol I'm actually listening to the Tetris A Theme (SSBB version) in this sitehttp://eu.unmod.org/music/brawl/hiqual/ and i was thinking that one of our few violonist here could play this song(I'm thinking of Shervin) But, it's only a suggestion. So do what you want
