I managed to play the top notes of Five Adventurers by ear. It goes as follows: G, F, E, F, C, F, E, D, E, E, F, G, G, F, E, F, (Higher C), D, E, F, E, D, E. I can't remember the rest of the top notes at the top of my head, but it's right there on the tip of my tongue.
