Just a heads up, but the first night phase ONLY is going to be 48 hours. I figure that not only gives people ample time to realize the game has started and show up to the thread, but also make sense of the mechanics in case there's any confusion. In addition, it means I likely won't have to do a phase change on my birthday (which would very likely be several hours late if I had to).

All other night phases will be the standard 24 hours. All day phases will be 48 hours.
