Funny story... the murderers were MOSTLY despicable in JFA... but in Turnabout Big Top, Acro was actually the only sympathetic character. And in Farewell, My Turnabout, Shelly de Killer was cool enough... it was the guy who HIRED him who was truly despicable...

Yeah, I was referring to Engarde when I was talking about the murderer.

Also, the Ringmaster was a pretty sympathetic character, even if he didn't actually appear in the story.


EDIT: Also, Mimi/Ini's backstory did make me feel sorry for her, even though it didn't justify Grey's murder.

I frickin love Justice For All, if for no other reason than that last case. It honestly made the entire game worth it. I think that 2-4 was better than anything in the first game.

I haven't played Dual Destinies yet, but are there any cases that are considered up there with 1-5, 1-4, 2-4 and 3-5?

Oh yeah. 5-4 and 5-5 come together to form one big case, and it's absolutely outrageously good, especially 5-5. In all honesty, Dual Destinies is the strongest game overall, there isn't a single weak case.

Anyways, when it comes to despicable murderers, AAI2 takes the cake for me.

The final villains are pretty much a mish-mash of 1-4, 1-5, and 2-4 all in one, only taken a step further.

But yeah, besides that game, the villains from 1-4/1-5/2-4 are the worst in my opinion, and the most satisfying to take down for me. Hope there are better final bosses like them in future games, since I didn't feel as accomplished when I finished AJ/AAI/DD.
