It's not our job to tell you what is and isn't being submitted. You are free to arrange whatever you like, but make sure you double check what's been submitted before you use the NSM panel. Even if your piece has already been arranged, your arrangement may be superior. However, in this case, Seb has compiled all of the Ocarina songs into one sheet, which has had extensive feedback on it already.
