fun fact: I'm genetically left handed, so when I learn an activity for the first time, I'm more likely to use my left hand.  But I was taught to write with my right hand, so when it comes to feats of dexterity I use my right
EG: I'm a switch hitter, but I throw right handed, golf left-handed, and play magic left handed (which is funny because I put my deck on the left side and everyone else puts their deck on the right side and it gets really crowded)

I'm ambidextrous and I can personally tell you that it really helps you avoid hand cramps when writing.
