The only way to get its own section is for us to arrange more songs for the series. I've already submitted one, and I plan to do more.

...all of it?? I'm an arranging newbie. I did ONE song that I haven't submitted yet, and only because Spit sat with me for two hours and helped me out.

Do you not have the right software? Or is it just hearing and identifying notes? Or something else? Where do you gfind the most trouble?

The notes yes, and just putting it all together.

One thing that helps me is listening to individual parts of a song again and again, and trying to hear every note. Every time I hear a note I didn't before, I hum it (so I don't forget it) while navigating back to the software I use to plonk it into place.

If something doesn't sound right, just erase that part and try it again. If you still can't get it right, then ask around for help. Usually, I'm very busy, but it's Thanksgiving break and I can help you this Mon.-Thu. (Not at 5pm. and later) and next Sat. (also not 5 or later)

I've arranged a bit of Layton music, more than anyone on the site I think. I just finished an ensemble arrangement of "Monte d'Or: Carnival Night" but idk if I should put it up.

I think the problem with "The Toy Train" is that it would really require three hands to sound perfect. I might try to arrange it though, it's an interesting piece.
