All week, I've been knee-deep in my Mechanics homeworks, but I've made slow, but certain process. On the other hand, the huge looming shadow of the Calculus homeworks has been haunting my sleep for most of the week. Usually, Calculus takes two or three times as much time to do as the Mechanics homeworks. Last week, I spent three afternoons in a row working with the hell-spawn, without understanding a thing even with the aid of WolframAlpha. I even looked up the answers without getting anywhere. The result I handed in was not pretty, but it should pass.

Then today, I finally finished Mechanics and sat down with this week's Calculus for a couple of hours. Now suddenly, I've got only five tasks left, and most of tomorrow is scheduled for more Calculus. Being ahead of schedule is a wonderful feeling!


Now on to that 1200 word Philosophy essay to be handed in on Tuesday. I've got 12 words so far, only two zeros to go...

So i got a letter today in algebra saying that i'd been accepted to be in calculus next year (skipping pre-calc somehow) because of my efforts in the class.

I raise my hand. "Why did i get this note?"

The teacher says, "Because apparently you're going to calc next year?"

I respond. "Found the problem. This is for Joel. (super smart kid in my class)"

I knew it wasn't for me because i have a D+ right now kinda made my day tho lol.
