If it wasn't for that small detail that I haven't finished any game from the fourth gen (I did beat Cyrus in 2 different games though), I would get b2/w2 now

Nintendo / Re: General Pokémon

I never use HMs like flash or defog. Almost funnier to go around in the dark in the older games. I once got stuck in one of the first gen 2-caves (forgot what it's called). Good memories

Music / Re: What Pieces Are You Learning Right Now?

I finished learning Clannad's ending team (Dango Daikazoku) 2 days ago and I'm still working on this
Anime-streak for me.
And now that Dusk finished the Eternal Sonata battle theme, I'll probably (try to) learn that too

How can you copy public link with pictures? I can't find how. :(
Place it in the "Pictures"-folder and right-click - share link
If you want the directlink, just wait for it to load and (assuming you use Chrome, it works in almost all browsers) rightclick - inspect element (or what it is called in English). You should find "resources" in the menu. Open the folder inside Frames and then scroll down to the picture and right-click

Fulfilled requests / Re: [PS3] Eternal Sonata - "Leap the Precipice"

Good job, gonna try to play it later (kill me)

EDIT:
Since I like having better sounds than the midi-ones when practicing, I sometimes just re-render it with a vst
mp3 with Ivory-VST

Music / Re: Is it bad that I can't get into classical music?
« on: September 30, 2012, 03:11:04 PM »
Classical music in general have never appealed to me, even though I've listened to a lot of pieces. I don't doubt that there's some songs I like there, but there's so many others in between that I can't find those golden ones. I don't really feel like searching for them either since I already got good music in other genres, both to listen to and play, so I don't really want to start listening to it either.

Videogame-music is often called "classical", but it's like the rolling man said, they tell a story and gives you a special feeling, even though I've never played the game or know what's happening, I can relate to it. The reason I rather play VGMs than normal music on the piano is mainly 'cause "real" music often is built to suit the singing, while VGMs often can focus more on the actual music, which makes for a funnier tune to play (I doubt that songs like the Athletic Mario-tunes will ever be popular on the public radio)

Forum Games / Re: Pokémon to Hurt and Heal -- Über Brawl (17)

1. Dragonite -- 11
2. Tyranitar -- 11
5. Garchomp -- 6

I love both Dragonite and Tyranitar, but I used Dragonite more often in TCG

FF2 (the real one) > Other FF-games
I'm a sucker for old-school RPGs

Anyhow, finished Borderlands with a few friends (well, got to the credits at least). Was much funnier than I expected, but when we wanted to continue with the DLCs, the game made us start a new game+. Didn't really feel like restarting (even though we could still use the DLCs when we got fast-travel)

I cannot believe no one has mentioned Fray.
Seeing as most terrible games doesn't get that recognized, it isn't a surprise that people haven't mentioned it. First time I even heard about that game
