Jordie - Based off my name, Jordan, close friends and most of my family call me this.
Jordie-dawn - Only my aunt calls me this, she has since I was like 3.
Kitty - Based off my last name. Don't you dare call me this.

Shrooms - quite a few people call me this now because apparently I act and look like someone who's on shrooms. :|

Knappsack - when I lived in Michigan this girl I loved called me this. Brings back memories, wow... Makes sense cause my last name is Knapp.

Markov - Played Mini-Putt once with my friends, and because I was good at it they kept calling me Markov, like the Montréal Canadiens player.
Winter - Don't exactly remember why people call me Winter, but nowadays people call me Roz or Markov.
Bitch - One of my friend decided to call me that one day, so we're both bitches now. Also sometimes it's mini bitch, because I'm not really tall.
Rozzy - Saria only.
Rozzie - Dr.P only.
Wifey - Wifey only. <3
Rose - Parents/certain cousins only.

Besides my actual name, I've only been referred to by another moniker: Maestro. I did not give myself this name, instead it's supposed to be a Seinfeld reference...I don't get it. Considering I'm the only musician in my circle, specifically a composer, they gave it to me since I share the same name with another friend. When I was younger my friends called me Z, again, due to sharing the same name with a different friend.

On the Net, I alternate between the screen names Cobraroll (as on here) and PokéManiac, a little depending on which usernames are idle and what would sound nooby at the time. For instance, PokéManiac would be quite nooby on a forum dedicated to, say, Nintendo, while variations of Cobraroll is one of the most used usernames on coaster sites. Vice versa, it becomes out of context and a little better.

No idea what I would do if I registered on a forum dedicated to this, though.

Harry Potter-Nobody's called me this in a long time but this was in grade 2 after I got glasses.
