Pokemon rumble blast secret?

I'm not sure if this is really a secret, but its at 2-4 lake's final area (after third red catapult). Go to the sides where the bridge branches out and attack the center of the small circle. It would drop money! if you attack it enough, a panpour/oshawott would appear and disappear again.
Im not really sure what they're used for and they only drop a few coins each.

They're secret Pokemon! You can find them in most levels in suspicious areas. I've found about 20 of them.

Anyone here know what the Hero's key does? I've got it but it doesn't seem to do anything... XD

Oh, sorry! Just bought the game at December for christmas. That's the only time I can buy games. 
The hero's key may wind pokemon up faster. I'm not too sure.
