I mean, how did you become a moderater?

I put in a proposal for PDF's to be added to the site. once they were, I offered to be a PDF uploader, spending time adding PDF's to lonely sheets on the site. They made a PDF submission thread, and I needed mod power to be able to edit posts to cross off PDF's I have added. And the other board that I mod is a similar story.
