None of the answers online are consistent with each other.

1) I'm trying to take some jobs for Steam Cave (which I've already completed once) and it just says "You can't handle this job yet!" Why? (I'm in Ch. 10).
    EDIT: Now that I look at it, Steam Cave isn't even available for me to go to w/o a mission or anything... that still doesn't make sense though >:-l

2) If I delete a Wonder Mail in my job list that I received via password, can I re-input its password later or is it gone for good?

1) I dont think thats ever happened before to me. Odd...

2) Yes you can put it in later or use the wonder mail generator
