Well, if you notice the descriptions on the page you linked to, it says the song is a "prelude for 2 pianos", so yes it would be playble -- for two pianos. However, I'm guessing you already knew that, so I'm going to assume what you meant is you were wondering if the song could be condensed to a solo, which in that case, I would say "yes", judging by the fact that there are only 2 distinct parts in the song: the sixteenth notes runs which could be covered by the right hand, and the melody chords, which can be covered by the left hand and occasionally helped by the right hand.

Those sixteenth notes sound doubled with harmonies, not to mention what sounds like some 64th notes, which would take a ridiculous amount of practice.

It sounds like about 1/3 of the way through, that part could be playable alone.

This also reminds me a lot of SMG music about 2/5 of the way through.

Skimmed the sheet, looks perfectly playable.  You just have to ensure you have proper and consistent finger placement.
