one song thats really hard to play is the super mario theme- one part is easy, but if you try to put both hands together it becomes insanely hard

yes, you just have to play either the right hand an octave higher of the left an octave lower. :P

Go to vgsheets.com or some other places and find some nice hard songs.  Just don't try Gori's Princess' Secret Slide arrangement because it will kill you.  Literally.
