Even though I have beaten that game 3times already, I am not familiar with this song.... Anyway, I do like your arrangement very much. It's a typical PPTYD song (many unusual chords, which are IMO hard to figure out).

I am not familiar with this song....

When you speak to Luigi after the main plot in the Inn of Rogueport (Rohlingen), he offers you to tell his adventure that he experienced during Mario's adventure. Whilst he is telling his story, this music is played.

The arrangement is wonderful, PPTYD is my favourite Mario game, looking forward to the theme of Rogueport, I get goosebumps every time I hear it!
