This sounds really good! The only things I have to say are pretty minor:

- the game title is technically incorrect (the actual one is Pokémon Ruby Version & Pokémon Sapphire Version)
- you forgot to put the slash at the end of the url in the copyright
- it might be better to put a D.S. instead of repeat signs
- I think you should put accents at the beginning where there is more emphasis w/ the extra percussion and stuff
- I think you should add more variety to the Secondo LH. For example, starting from m35 you could get rid of the 3rd emphasis and just replace beats 3 and 4 with the actual bass part (and maybe include the fill in m42), then at m43 you could try to emulate the timpani part more (and even mix it up if you want). Here's an example of something you could do (m43 and 44):
