Your arrangement looks solid note-wise, but the formatting isn't there yet. Since we use .mus as master files, the PDF should be made from the .mus which means the .mus needs to be heavily formatted. It looks like you imported a musicXML to finale. If you did, there's a tool here that should make the import go more easily. The end sheet should look like this. Since it seems like you have full finale, copy+pasting the notes from the existing .mus into the template is a valid option.
