The point here isn't replicating a snipping that someone else arranged for you, it's being able to synthesize this completely on your own. Yeah, it's not the easiest thing, but it's something that you get better at over time. By relying on others, you are not only giving them more work, but also depriving yourself of that learning experience. The tricky parts with piano arrangements of more complex songs is the initial ones. Figuring out what voices and rhythms to include can sometimes take over half my total arranging time on complex sheets that don't work well on piano. That is the step that you're asking for help on, and it's what MSF is trying to encourage you to figure out on your own. The updaters simply don't have time to hand these complex and fundamental suggestions out to candy to everyone who asks.

There are still a large number of easy sheets still out there, just waiting to be arranged. You just need to look a little harder, and into series less represented on the site. Find something with a limited number of notes you can clearly hear and work on building up your skills there.
