Do you mean Meitantei Conan: Akatsuki no Monument and Nerawareta Tantei?
Those are the names according to www.gamefaqs.com.

The title screen Nerawareta Tantei sounds more like it. Also you should change the composer's name.

Do you have a submission thread? If not, start a new topic in the Submissions section, name it something like "Marioguy's Submissions", upload the arrangement to a file hosting site and put a link in your thread. Read the guidelines on how to format your submission thread.

When we get the uploader fixed properly (could be any minute), the mods will see your submission, download the file, and upload it to the site when a new batch is ready for upload. I think they will notify you as well.
Then presto, the arrangement will be a part of the official NSM collection of tracks.
