I arranged a piece in MuseScore to submit using a template I found that was adapted from the Finale template. How do I submit it, seeing that you need a .mus file?

We're currently in the process of adding submission support for other types of files, including MuseScore files, but we're not quite there yet, as there's a lot that goes into that behind the scenes. The staff will definitely share updates as we have them

How long do you think I'll have to wait?

Unknown. This is a really big change that they have to implement, since they have to ensure site consistency. They don't want the sheets looking crazy different, so formatting is one thing. With new programs also comes bugs and stuff. I know they've been working on it for months, so I too hope it's sometime soon. For now, we've just gotta be patient.
