What NOE, or NOJ, or NOA?

I have the game and I have to say that, for not-musicians, the game is pretty good, with a great quantity of instruments to play. The problem is that theres only about 4 ways to play those instruments, what makes the game terribly repetitive...
For musicians, dont play it, borrow it.... the game should only be played for curiosity...
