Should I complete missions multiple times for more drops(e.g Great Jaggi)? What weapons should/shouldn't I use? What needs to be done both in online and offline?

A) yes
B) Whatever you like the best. Nebbles uses the Switch Axe and I use Dual Blades. It's all preference.
C) Someone told me that the online and offline missions usually work well when done in conjunction with one another. The two of us are trying to get together sometime this weekend (because i don't always have internet for my 3DS ;_;) maybe you could join us?
