Consistently, 2-3 days a week. Wouldn't recommend it, even though I had no problem ceasing and didn't experience any prolonged after effects that could be considered negative. Although, colors seems to glow more brightly for a while, and halos would appear around lights at night, that was pretty neat except when I had to drive. The only time I ever consider doing it now are when I have 3-6 hours to spend in the woods, and so I'll do that and I'll roll a few blunts and go on a fun adventure/trek/spiritual session. Meditation I especially recommend with the use of anything that can be considered psychedelic/dissociative/psychoactive.
