My roommate left and I have no idea where she is. She won't tell me and she seems upset. I'm worried I scared her off. I feel like she's doing everything in her power to never have to be in our room for more than 2 seconds.

I'm doubtful that you of all people would have done something to offend her.  I suggest confronting her about and explicitly telling her that you're worried and to ask whether you've done something wrong.

If she still refuses to answer, I suggest waiting it out and hoping for the best.  And if things still remain the same, ask her what's wrong again and tell her you're there for her.

She came back, she said it wasn't at all me and that I'm perfectly fine.
