Can't view music sheet. Help!

Hi guys! I'm new at this site. I tried downloading a music sheet but when i try to open the file it doesn't let me.  What program do i need to open it? thanks for the help!

Finale, the only free program is Finale Reader 2010.

Download here.
Try to do everything; you're bound to succeed with at least one.
