Still Alive from Portal is a no contest win.
Otherwise, most songs from Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow like the Pinnacle, Condemned Tower, Subterranean Hell, and some other places.

i'm going to have to say legend of zelda OOT and MM music

nothing set in stone and the title are very good songs from MM and i love em both XD

Hum.. What a good question...
All the Zelda and Mario music are great(Koji is the greatest musician ever!)
But, The Super Smash Bros. Brawl Main Theme(and other music from this game) are actually my favourite song
