Since you are going to work on the actual game after the English translation, you feel more involved in it than any other game you have played.
Along with that, Shigeru Miyamoto and Satoshi Tajiri really did their best to make this a NEW generation, fresh and breathable, with NEW species, and NEW features that make the game feel fresh and anew.

But none of them were actually new; you knew what to expect from the sequels of those games...
You would expect to know what to expect from BW, but they made sure it was a new experience for all players.

No, Partners in Time was completely unpredictable. I had no idea what to expect of it.

And Pokemon is always better than Zelda for me.

well Pokémon is an adventure game (i know some people who say it)... you do travel across the regions and follow a storyline.. seems adventurous to me!

It's technically an RPG. It may be adventurous, but it's not in the action/adventure category.

The difference? The way the game goes depends on you.

It's obvious you're talking about video game RPG's, but...
A lot of RPG's are text-based, board game style, or D&D style. None of which involve videos...
