so apparently one of the final shots of Korra and Asami looking toward the new spirit point is overlaid with the colors of the bisexual pride flag in the sky. Also, at the very end, Korra and Asami are in pretty much the exact same pose as Varrick and Zhu Li, who just got married. If this was meant to be a platonic thing they wouldn't even turn towards each other. "Just friends" they said.
EDIT: Also apparently Kuvira and that one guy who she totally dumped did the same thing a few episodes prior. Huh.
