Staff Spacing Question.

I'm in Finale 2011 and I have lyrics accompanying the right hand of a piano song. But... The Bass clef's notes sometimes overlap with the lyrics and cover them up, how can I set the spacing between the two hands of the staff?

Just Staff Tool - choosing the brick (if it's a brick in finale 2011) above the cleff and moving it down?

I thought it was the Page Layout tool...

Using that you can drag staves wherever you want.

No I wanted the Bass clef moved, not the staff moved.
