So I was at this Korean Supermarket today.

Strawberries (the normal pints of them) were 79 CENTS!!!

And barrels of kimchi for 5.99... not so shabby.

I did kind of break from my "Ruto" Diet today and ate some amazing food, went to 82 Degrees C and looked at the cakes.
I forgot I live in an asian food paradise, only 15 minutes away from home!

And I got some food that I had in Shanghai... and it was DELICIOUS! (Pictures to come!)

Everytime I go to California I have to comment on the difference in fruit quality between there and Oregon. I don't know what happens on the way up to my state, but they do not taste near as good.

... There is fresh fruit and vegetables that were PICKED THAT DAY. And some are not even sprayed and given material to give it a hard outside for transport. It's some of the best produce you'll ever eat.

Plus the Strawberries you probably get are different because they take longer to ship them from Watsonville or Santa Maria, and they got to be prepared to be fresh when being sold in Oregon

Strawberries out here usually go bad in 2 days.
