Heh, now that you've mentioned Ruins of Alph I want to learn it now XD  More eerie songs ftw! On that note, when you get really good, you could try learning Dahan's recently submitted "Old Chateau" from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.

Old Chateau is fun to mess around with, and sounds good, but it's virtually unplayable, which is the case with most of dahans' arrangements. (btw, did that only just get submitted? He arranged it back in October for a Halloween arrangement)

Anyway I found sheet music free for Hans Zimmer's piece "Jack Sparrow" from Pirates 2, and I am really enjoying it. It's really long though, and somewhat difficult towards the end.

Well, taking a break from wedding music, I sat down and learned "Bonds of Sea and Fire" from Xenogears (because Yasunori Mitsuda is a VIDEO GAME COMPOSER GOD  ) in a couple hours. It's a really pretty song, although it reminds me a lot of Schala's Theme from Chrono Trigger, the beginning part especially.
