My last night in San Francisco.

A Moscow Mule in a COPPER MUG (with gin instead of vodka)
A burger with a proprietary blend of meat, bacon, brie and caramelized onions
Freshly made donuts with Salted Caramel sauce, Vanille Anglaise and Apple Butter

Nebbles

What a gorgeous looking meal! I'm jealous.

^That's what San Francisco does the best. Food.

Today, I made the hardest decision of my life.

I can't believe I survived college without coffee...I don't like the taste or smell xD

I seem to be missing a piece of my ear.

Like I said. Hardest.Decision.Ever. I actually ended up buying 2 different bags.

It is cheaper than starbucks after all (and I really don't like Starbucks)

Wait what! XD When did this happen...

I don't know why I never got hooked on coffee. They literally have a coffee place every block here.

I seem to be missing a piece of my ear.

Nebbles

What kinda coffee did you get?

The only reason why I go to starbucks is because it's the only place to get coffee around here. San Jose is like a gigantic suburb and decent coffee shops are found in places like San Francisco.

I got some stuff from Indonesia (the brown bag on the bottom left) and a bag of one of the Ritual coffees.
Philz is a popular coffee place out here, but sadly they only do drip coffee (which I can do at home -- and I like to go out for Lattes)

My boyfriend won a gift certificate from a holiday party. It was $50 to a place called Fleming's Steakhouse. Now this place is pretty fancy, but neither of us had been there before, so we dressed up real nice and went out to dinner. The restaurant was all elaborate... the waitress addressed us by name, explained the entire menu, and offered us wine. Once she handed out the menus, and I looked inside, my jaw dropped. $55 for a f****** steak??? Are you kidding me?? That was JUST the cost of the entree! No sides, no drinks, no appetizers, those were all extra. So since we only had $50 to spend, my bf ordered a pork chop for $34 (bone in, 1/2 inch of fat on the sides...) and I ordered a $10 salad. And do you want to know what a $10 salad looks like at this restaurant? Like this:

(sorry for the picture quality, it was dark in there and I have a shitty camera on my phone)

LITERALLY that is a 1/4 head of lettuce + 2 cherry tomatoes cut in half + a slice of bacon + a few pumpkin seeds sprinkled on top, served with some bleu cheese.
All for $10! 10 DOLLARS!!!! I could've made that myself for less than 1 DOLLAR!!! WTF!!

The pork tasted pretty good, but this meal was in no way filling. We ended up stopping at Del Taco on the way home because we were still hungry -____-
