Thanks a lot! I am really proud of myself right now, I think I did quite a good job! Thanks for supporting me :).
Check out my arrangements! I mean it! Check them out!

Eh Maestro was robbed, deserved way better than he got.

Also in response to one of the judgrors, the lack of percussion in waltz on the rails didn't detract at all, and Olimar definitely knows how to notate it. It sounded fantastic the way it was.

Fuck logic, that shit is boring, lame and does not always support my opinions.

This. And generally string quartets don't have percussion...

Hmm, Fourth, damn. I knew Dahans was going to be my toughest competition, my hat's off to you. Just wondering, how were the votes tallied? I saw some of the judgrors gave a score for each criteria, one gave a general average for each arrangement, one gave a grand total. Factor in the popular vote and...?

It seems length was my main problem, which I assumed it would be. I guess I stuck a little too close to Strauss in form I guess, oh well.

The popular vote was added in "Mario Kart" style, with the piece with the most votes getting 10 points, the second got 8, and so on. I thought I had explained it in my post, but oh well. I don't think the results would have been different if the votes were applied directly, giving one point each.

Yes, I'm still around from time to time. For quicker response, you can reach me by PM, or drop by Smogon to say hi. I go by "Codraroll" there, because of a bet.

Nebbles

Congrats, Dahans! :D And good job to everyone else who entered.

Ok, I see. Well, other than what I think was a loaded panel (10's for everyone!), we now know what we are doing if we do this again. Seriously, I mean yeah, there was a great amount of quality presented here, but ithink we have a case where people didn't quite realize what was asked of the contestants once they saw the final products. If we do this again, I think it should be around May/June, when we are out for summer, or most of us anyway.

Yes, some of the scores are a bit too high... Can you guess which judgror I am?

MaestroUGC

I'm thinking either C or D, most likely D. Or A, but most likely D, or not.

It's whichever one complained about the percussion thing

I think popular vote and general laziness did me in.
