Little pictures of music

I've asked this before, but I can't seem to remember where...

Anyways, how do you insert a little picture of something that you have copied on the clipboard in a text box?

For example, I hit PrintScreen to copy a picture of a score. I then cut and magnify that image to only get the part I want.
I then copy that to the clipboard and want to paste it in a text box much like this one.

I just use the "Snipping Tool" that comes with Windows 7. Aside from that, just use any kind of screen-capture program out there to do the job. Upload the image file to something like photobucket and then post the IMG link here on the forums.

Yup, though I have seen a few forums, in the past, where I could directly upload the IMG from my computer to the forum, but this isn't the case for NSM.
